Centered on the complex and highly compliant customer follow-up scenarios in the securities industry, by integrating large model semantic quality inspection with small model rule engines, a quality inspection intelligent agent with both context understanding and precise compliance detection capabilities was constructed. After the project was implemented, it achieved 100% full intelligent quality inspection of customer service, with an accuracy rate as high as 96%, far exceeding the industry average.

Create a dedicated assistant agent, Copilot, for banks
Focus on three core challenges in the banking industry - customer service response efficiency, compliance and conversion rate of telemarketing collection, and the effectiveness and consistency of telemarketing scripts. Build an intelligent assistance solution centered on "real-time script guidance - intelligent process navigation - efficient quality inspection and monitoring".
After the project was implemented, on the customer service side, the overall business efficiency increased by 10%; on the telemarketing side, the business success rate increased by 22.11%; on the collection side, the amount recovery rate increased by 6.64%, the case recovery rate increased by 5%, and the recovery rate of outsourced cases increased by 3%.

Build a life insurance large model conversation insight agent
The implementation of the large-scale model for conversation insight agent in the life insurance sector has significantly improved the efficiency of data processing and analysis by nearly tenfold. The utilization rate of conversation data has soared from less than 5% to 95%, and the number of knowledge base entries has increased by over 100%, covering more than 90% of high-frequency consultation scenarios. This has notably enhanced the customer experience and the capabilities of the service representatives, truly achieving a service transformation from "passive response" to "proactive insight".
